ABOUT
Side Wall Gallery is a rotating art space proudly hosted by OYAM Studios, dedicated to celebrating the vibrancy and creativity of regional artists from the Pacific Northwest. Intended to support and uplift the regional art community, the gallery provides a platform for emerging and established artists to share their work. Situated in the heart of OYAM's studio, the gallery wall is a centerpiece for studio visitors and serves as the visual backdrop for virtual meetings, offering wide visibility to showcased pieces.
As a studio founded on collaboration and innovation, OYAM thrives at the intersection of architecture, art, and design, making Side Wall Gallery a natural extension of our mission to support makers, doers, and creative thinkers. Each featured artist receives an unrestricted cash stipend, and their work is promoted on our social media platforms and online gallery page. For artists offering their work for sale, we connect interested buyers directly with the creator, as OYAM and Side Wall Gallery take no commission.
The gallery is best suited for wall-mounted work that is ready to hang and solicitation for interested artists will be made through an open call format. Through Side Wall Gallery, we aim to walk in our belief that art enriches our day-to-day life and strengthens cultural resilience.
