Working with Testa Construction, OYAM supported permitting and interdisciplinary coordination for the replacement of an aging car wash facility at Manheim Auto’s auction campus in Kent, Washington where the original structure had long exceeded its useful life. The new pre-engineered metal building introduces modern upgrades while restoring day-to-day function for vehicle processing and detailing. Designed for durability and efficiency, the project helps extend the operational life of the campus for one of the region’s largest auto auction houses.
